DSP renewal of a energy recovery unit via scan-to-bim initiative
As part of a renewal of DSP (Public Services Delegation), we collaborated with the SMPRB (Syndicat Mixte de Valorization de Décretes des Pays de Rance et de la Baie - SMPRB), owner of the TADEN UVE, to make an inventory of the site, and produce several formats of “digital twin” of the site (2D plans; 3D model; virtual visit). Discover how this innovative approach has been beneficial, and the perspectives that the community has concerning the data produced in the coming years.

A complete and fast 3D scanning protocol, integrating a Leica RTC360 static scanner, a NavVis VLX, and a DJI RTK M300 drone
A simultaneous acquisition of a 3D point cloud and panoramic images in only 3 days of capture
The rendering of 3 complementary deliverables (3D model; 2D plans; collaborative virtual tour), allowing all consultation entities to work around technical supports giving an overview of the site
An enriched and comprehensive consultation, allowing all entities to project themselves precisely into their operation of the EUV
"This operation was extremely successful in the context of DSP renewal. We are already envisioning new uses for the model, particularly regarding maintenance and tracking the site's operational evolution"
