My Digital Buildings joins the Maille'Immo accelerator

Maille'Immo, a cluster of technological and social innovation in real estate, has selected the first 8 start-ups that will join the structure on February 20, and we are part of it!

Maille'Immo is a cluster dedicated to the PropTech sector, created jointly by 6 companies (Sergic, Nacarat, Dalkia, Vilogia, Decayeux and Bouvier) in co-development with the Lille accelerator EuraTechnologies.

The first call for applications took place at the end of 2019 in order to constitute the first promotion of start-ups that will be required to collaborate with large companies in order to meet the real estate needs of tomorrow. Thus, My Digital Buildings and 7 other winners were selected:

• Paprwork, an online document collection solution;
• CozyAir, the first connected expert air quality service;
• DigiPhyse ;
• KEEPEN, an intelligent alarm system;
• The Corsairs, a community of mutual support between owner-investors;
• OGGA, designer of “smart building” and “smart home” solutions;
• Stirrup, a solution for renting temporary housing for the most disadvantaged.

As you can see, the start-ups that have joined the cluster address very diverse topics, this promises rich and fruitful exchanges!

For our part, we will be supported by companies Villogia and Dalkia (EDF group), in order to test our solutions together and make progress on the uses associated with the digital twin of buildings in the real estate of tomorrow.
